Invited by Erwin Bauer and supported by the Romanian Cultural Institute Ovidiu Hrin was present this year at the Vienna Design Week alongside Stefan Lucut who tagged along. For 3 days we were given a small bit of the Vienna Kunsthalle to do what we think right with it. So for 3 days together with our product design coleague from Switzerland Gabriela Chicherio we adapted to the very well equipped space and filled it up with not more than 30 posters which were printed & designed on the spot and hung on the walls of the Kunsthalle.

We want to thank the Romanian Cultural Institute of Vienna for being a warm guest, a strong supporter and a real friend during our stay. Thank you - thank you - thank you. Also the Vienna Design Week Team thank you for the warm welcome and for all the support.

"The VIENNA DESIGN WEEK Laboratory invites you to follow the design process live and to look over the shoulders of the designers. Creatives from a wide range of disciplines will be working in the “show laboratory” from 1-10 October 2009. Overlapping and meeting form a substantial part of the concept, as is the direct documentation of the results on walls or façades of the room which functions as a large vitrine."
